Today my mom came down to celebrate the girls' birthdays. She was out of town or our schedules just didn't match up around their birthdays so she hadn't had a chance to give them her gifts.

They got a ton of great stuff and had fun opening more birthday presents :)

Games and coloring stuff and jump ropes, OH MY!

Then we headed out to the pool :) It was a considerably cool day here (82*!) so the pool was empty even in the afternoon!

My mom swam with the girls and OH BOY, I think Lil Miss plum WORE HER OUT! She chased her back and forth and back and forth all over that pool! LOL

Then my mom started fighting back ;) At one point as Lil Miss was climbing all over her, my mom politely pushed her off with her foot LOL Lil Miss yells up to me "MOMMY! ... YOUR MOM just KICKED ME!" LOL

It was SOOOO funny to watch them together.

Then we went inside and the girls opened up and played their new games while my mom and I talked and the hubs went and picked up a pizza for dinner.

After dinner we got ready for YET ANOTHER birthday cake ;)

9 candles for Flower Child, and 6 candles for Lil Miss :)



It was a fun night, the girls love having their Nana over :) They didn't mind the presents and cake either ;)
